Il Ministro Martina inaugura la 49ª edizione del Salone internazionale dei vini e distillati più importante del mondo, insieme al presidente di Veronafiere Ettore Riello, al Sindaco di Verona Flavio Tosi, al Presidente della Provincia di Verona Antonio Pastorello e al Presidente della Regione Veneto Luca Zaia. Martina: “Siamo protagonisti del piano straordinario per l'internazionalizzazione che vedrà proprio l'agroalimentare al centro delle iniziative”. Verona, 22 marzo 2015 - "Il settore vitivinicolo è un patrimonio fondamentale per l'Italia con oltre 14 miliardi di euro di fatturato e migliaia di aziende che rappresentano con passione, innovazione e professionalità la ricchezza dei nostri territori. Vogliamo aiutare queste esperienze a crescere, liberandole da lacci burocratici che le hanno appesantite in questi anni. In questi dodici mesi abbiamo messo in campo un'operazione di semplificazione che ha portato alla dematerializzazione di 64mila registri, al taglio di burocrazia inutile e che ha iniziato davvero a mettere la pubblica amministrazione al servizio delle aziende. Abbiamo anche approvato il tanto atteso decreto per i diritti d'impianto e siamo stati protagonisti del piano straordinario per l'internazionalizzazione che vedrà proprio l'agroalimentare al centro delle azioni”. Con queste parole, il Ministro delle politiche agricole alimentari e forestali Maurizio Martina ha inaugurato oggi la 49ª edizione di Vinitaly, la manifestazione internazionale di riferimento per il settore dei vini e dei distillati in programma a Veronafiere fino a mercoledì 25 marzo. Il comparto vitivinicolo, che nel 2014 ha generato oltre 5,11 miliardi di euro nelle esportazioni, è oggi al centro di importanti cambiamenti a livello legislativo. “Le prossime tappe prevedono l'entrata in vigore del registro unico dei controlli e il Testo unico del vino, da chiudere entro il 2015, l'anno dell'Esposizione Universale. Vinitaly allora rappresenta un passaggio fondamentale di avvicinamento all'evento di Milano, dove con il Padiglione del Vino potremo esaltare per 6 mesi l'esperienza vitivinicola italiana. Un momento fondamentale anche in chiave export per far conoscere ancora meglio al mondo la ricchezza e la varietà del nostro patrimonio di vitigni e vini" – così conclude il Ministro Martina che presenterà ufficialmente il Testo unico del vino, domani alle ore 16 presso l’Area Mipaaf. Oltre 4.000 espositori presenti, operatori specializzati da 120 paesi e delegazioni commerciali da 52 nazioni. E’ con questi numeri che apre Vinitaly 2015, in contemporanea a Sol&Agrifood, rassegna dell’agroalimentare di qualità, ed Enolitech, salone dedicato alle tecnologie per la viticoltura e l’olivicoltura. “Questa edizione di Vinitaly è caratterizzata da una presenza e un presidio istituzionale molto importante – dichiara il Presidente di Veronafiere Ettore Riello –. Tutto questo è un chiaro segnale di un sistema che crede fortemente nel comparto vitivinicolo ed è pronto a sostenerlo per il raggiungimento degli ambiziosi, ma certamente possibili, obiettivi di crescita prefissati. Un percorso in cui Vinitaly fa e farà sempre la sua parte, come punto di riferimento per l’intera filiera, in Italia e all’estero. Per questo siamo stati scelti dal Mipaaf per la realizzazione del primo padiglione dedicato al vino nella storia dell’Esposizione Universale. Al taglio del nastro, oltre al Ministro Martina e al presidente Riello, sono intervenuti secondo il protocollo il Sindaco di Verona, Flavio Tosi, il presidente della Provincia di Verona, Antonio Pastorello e il Presidente della Regione Veneto, Luca Zaia. “Vinitaly rappresenta un momento di fortissimo impegno per la nostra città, che ha piena consapevolezza dell’importanza di questa rassegna per tutto il sistema fieristico nazionale, e che quest’anno rappresenta il biglietto da visita del nostro territorio per l'Expo – commenta Flavio Tosi, Sindaco di Verona –. La Provincia di Verona infatti conta 8.500 aziende impegnate nel settore pari al 33% della produzione veneta e a più del 5% di quella nazionale. Nel veronese, quasi il 50%, della produzione, ovvero più di 1.400.000 ettolitri di vino, è DOC o DOCG. Verona è la prima provincia italiana per export in termine di valore, sfiorando il miliardo di euro con una quota nazionale pari al 13%" – aggiunge Antonio Pastorello, Presidente della Provincia di Verona. “Il Veneto è la capitale del vino e il Vinitaly lo testimonia ancora una volta.
